1. General
This site provides information about Prosto Pereezd services and lets you submit a request. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an order. The dispatcher confirms the date, scope, vehicle, crew and terms.
2. Estimates and pricing
The calculator and displayed prices are estimates. The final amount depends on actual time, route, addresses and floors, lift access, crew size, item weight and dimensions, packing materials, night work and payment method.
Minimum booking and additional billing terms are shown with the rates or explained by the dispatcher.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate details about addresses, access, parking, floors, lifts, volume and fragile, valuable or heavy items. Specialist packing or rigging must be discussed in advance.
The customer is responsible for lawful transport and for removing cash, documents, valuables and hazardous materials unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Changes and cancellation
Please notify us of changes or cancellation as early as possible. If materials have already been purchased, specialist equipment booked or the crew has arrived, actual costs may be charged after confirmation.
5. Responsibility
We are responsible for properly performing the agreed work under Ukrainian law. Visible damage or service issues should be reported promptly so the circumstances can be recorded and reviewed.
Site information may change. Typographical errors or temporary site unavailability do not override terms separately confirmed by the dispatcher.
